Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Alisha, a passionate creator who believes that even five minutes of truly listening to someone can change their day… or their life.

The idea for Talk for 5 came to me from a simple, heartfelt desire: I wanted to create something quiet but powerful. Something that could help people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Through my own experiences with community work, mental health conversations, and the silence that often surrounds them, I saw how deeply people crave connection and how few know where to start. That’s when I decided to create a small, wearable signal: “I’m here. I care. Let’s talk.” Whether you’re at work, a school, a gathering, or just walking around the city, this small wearable becomes a big conversation starter.

I believe that kindness is contagious, compassion is powerful, and mental health matters every single day.
